The QCS Quality Team

Quality Connector Systems is a new name in the Subsea connector business, having been established in November of 2003. However, the management team of the Company is very well-known in this specialized offshore industry. During their careers, the leaders of QCS have always provided top quality products, designed for long-term operational integrity. Under the leadership of this experienced management group, Quality Connector Systems establishes itself as a customer-driven company dedicated to providing innovative and cost-effective products and services for subsea pipeline tie-ins and maintenance.

Lee Avery – President

Lee has over thirty years of offshore marketing and management experience, including twenty years in the Subsea pipeline connector business. From 1989 to 2002 he served as President of Big Inch Marine Systems, one of the leading providers of Subsea connector products and services.
Bruce Morris – Senior Vice President

Bruce has held engineering management positions at several companies in the subsea industry over the past thirty years. He holds patents for Subsea pipeline connector products, for both shallow water and diverless applications. Bruce was employed for over twenty years at Big Inch Marine Systems, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President.
Richard Ahlgrim – Chief Designer

Richard is one of the most experienced designers in the connector business. He was employed with Big Inch Marine Systems for almost twenty-five years. As Big Inch’s Chief Designer, he shares diverless connector patents and has been instrumental in the development of many other innovative connector designs.
